Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety is a normal part of life when you experience nervousness about a job interview, first date, sports match…  If anxiety is a tense, common and intrusive aspect of your life, however, you could have an anxiety disorder.

Symptoms can include a pounding chest, hyperventilation, sweating, feel sick or dizzy, feelings of impending doom or danger…   If you experience these signs on a regular basis, you do not have to put up with them or, worse still, hide them.  Reach out and get some help.
